Leasing Team Contacts
Gregg Poetz is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day leasing activities for the Northeast, Midwest and Florida Regions for operating properties and development/redevelopment projects, in addition to overseeing the peripheral development for the entire portfolio. Gregg has been employed at Kite Realty Group for almost 20 years. At Kite, Gregg has been responsible for various aspects of the business, such as anchor leasing and new development leasing, including shops and outparcels. Prior to joining Kite, Gregg was employed by Simon Property Group for eight years, where he worked in both the leasing and development departments. Gregg graduated in 1989 from Indiana University with a B.S. in Business Finance and Real Estate.
Jeff Wright manages the leasing efforts for the Southeast, Mid-Central and West regions. Previously, Jeff was the VP of Leasing at Thompson Thrift, Director of Retail at Lauth Property Group and Senior Leasing Representative at the Broadbent Company. A veteran of the shopping center industry, Jeff has been actively involved for over 22 years.
As a Regional Leasing Manager for Kite Realty Group, Brian handles the daily leasing activities for a portfolio of properties throughout the State of Florida. His regions include West Florida, South Florida, as well as the Vero Beach area, and comprise approximately two million square feet of Retail space. Prior to joining Kite, Brian spent ten years with a Retail Development and Investment firm based in Boca Raton, FL, where he played a vital role in growing the value of a shopping center portfolio that spanned throughout Central, West and North Florida. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University.
As the Regional Director of Florida, Ryan oversees the Florida leasing team. The Florida region consists of 38 shopping centers totaling approximately 4.3 million square feet. Prior to joining Kite in 2009, Ryan was the Director of Leasing for North American Properties – Ft. Myers, and was involved in the development and leasing of Publix-anchored and Target-anchored shopping centers throughout Florida.
Andrew is the Leasing Manager for the Midwest Region, with the exception of Wisconsin, overseeing 20 properties throughout Indiana, Illinois and Ohio. He is currently in his 13th year at Kite, after his first 6 years in the industry with NAI Olympia Partners, locally. Prior to real estate, Andrew sold medical equipment and supplies in Indianapolis for 2 years after graduating from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is an Indianapolis native and resides in Indianapolis with his wife, Julie, and their four children.
As a Regional Leasing Manager for Kite Realty Group, Blake manages the daily leasing activities for a portfolio of properties throughout the Southeast Region of the United States. His current focus is on the leasing of Kite’s Development projects in Raleigh, N.C., totaling nearly 1,000,000 square feet. Blake has been at Kite for 6 years and has over 10 years of retail leasing experience. Prior to coming to Kite, Blake gained four years of experience as a Senior Leasing Manager with Lauth Property Group and Sandor Development Company.
Karly leases several states including Texas. She started her career with Regency Centers, another publicly traded REIT. Karly then spent five years working with private equity partners. Karly is a native Texan and graduated from Baylor University.
As the Regional Leasing Manager for the West, Joshlyn is responsible for the leasing activities of Kite’s portfolio in Nevada and Arizona. The majority of Joshlyn's portfolio is based in Las Vegas. Joshlyn began her commercial real estate career as a property manager at the age of 19 and has progressed through the many different aspects of the industry. Throughout the 13 years in the business, Joshlyn has experience in commercial asset management, commercial brokerage, and retail leasing.
Holiday joined Kite Realty in 2014. Her responsibilities include shop renewals and new shop leasing in various markets across the Kite portfolio. She began her commercial real estate career at North American Properties-Southeast, Inc. as a Leasing Associate in Fort Myers, FL. She was responsible for overseeing and executing the entire leasing process for a portfolio of approximately 1,400,000 square feet of new and existing centers throughout Florida and Georgia.
Nolan joined Kite Realty Group as a Leasing Associate in 2016. He is currently responsible for executing lease renewals for the company’s entire Florida portfolio, which consists of 38 separate assets. Nolan began his commercial real estate career in 2012 as a leasing professional for Real Property Specialists Inc., a brokerage firm in Orlando. During his tenure, Nolan leased of over 500,000 SF of retail space throughout Central Florida, completed numerous tenant representation assignments, and closed several land sales. Nolan attended the University of Central Florida where he earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration.
Mark Jenkins currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Retail Development at Kite Realty Group Trust (KRG) in Indianapolis. Mark is responsible for overseeing the site acquisition process, managing all development and redevelopment initiatives, coordinating with public officials to seamlessly facilitate the permitting, incentive, and entitlement processes, and providing transaction negotiations for major anchor tenants.
Throughout his 25-year career with the company, Mark has completed more than $500 million in commercial real estate transactions. His extensive development experience has grown to encompass a diverse selection of property types including: community shopping centers, free-standing retail, land lease, and mixed-use developments throughout Kite’s $3.5 billion portfolio.
