Eddy Street Commons at Notre Dame is a premier mixed-use destination in South Bend, IN, located adjacent to the University of Notre Dame campus. The development features retail, multifamily offerings, hotel accommodations, and office space. In 2018, the developmentā€™s footprint expanded with the opening of the Embassy Suites by Hilton South Bend at Notre Dame hotel. Eddy Street Commons continues to expand, with Phase 2 of the development currently under construction. Upon completion, Phase 2 will feature additional retail, multifamily offerings, and a community center.
