Sean Daly serves as Senior Vice President, Asset & Property Management at Kite Realty Group, where he leads the Company’s asset and property management functions, driving portfolio performance, growth, and operational execution across the platform.

Sean brings more than two decades of experience across asset management, leasing, and development. Prior to joining KRG in 2026, he served as Executive Vice President of Asset Management at American Realty Advisors, where he co-led asset management for a national retail portfolio and oversaw investment strategy and performance.

Sean holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois.
