Jack Rahner serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Technology & Innovation Officer at Kite Realty Group, where he leads the Company’s technology strategy, including enterprise systems, AI, data, and emerging technologies, enhancing enterprise capabilities and operational efficiency.

Jack brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience across real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, and private equity-backed environments. Prior to joining KRG in 2026, he served as Senior Vice President of Technology at Welltower, where he led enterprise technology, cloud, data, and AI initiatives supporting a large, multi-platform organization.

Jack holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.
