The Centre is located in the heart of Carmel at the corner of Rangeline Road and 116th Street. The Centre is directly accessible via 116th Street to one of the largest office populations outside of downtown Indianapolis.
Carmel is one of the most affluent cities in Indiana and one of the fastest growing. In 2000 the population was 37,000. The city conducted a special census in 2007 and found that the population had grown to over 68,000. Today, it’s estimated at over 70,000.
