Broadstone Station

Broadstone Station is located at the crossroads of US 1, US 64, and NC 55, in Apex, North Carolina. Apex is just 20 minutes south of the Research Triangle Park.

Broadstone Station is a mixed-used development consisting of a Walmart Supercenter anchored community shopping center and over 587 residential units.

Construction began in August 2009 for the state’s first modern toll road, the one billion dollar, 18.8-mile Triangle Expressway. TriEx will extend 540 south from NC 55 to the NC 55 bypass at Holly Springs, just south of Apex. Construction of the Apex portion of the toll road will begin in 2011 with completion in late 2012.
